I think this was put together because of something much bigger . The company is doing this to prove a point . They will use this at a later date to show “someone” look we showed the employees this training and information and this is our stance . We put out the information on how to call and report any compliance issues , as we can all see it’s much easier to find the number now. It was just another box to check out for them .

Maybe it’s because of all the EEOC and NLRB complaints that have been filed .

I think it’s a good idea to report managers who are liars as liars, and to report 2nd levels who act irrationally and throw temper tantrums on a whim, as 2nd levels who act irrationally and throw temper tantrums on a whim.
There is no place in an adult world for these types, and it makes me wonder why they’re in the position they are in, when they should instead be working for a clown in the world of taking fast food orders.

I recently got a new supervisor after a forced transfer so I was honest on my pulse survey probably for the first time. Rated then well since why not but otherwise not so well for everything else.
Coincidently I have one on ones with my old manager and director next week. Seems a little soon but I guess something is up.

Don't forget to fill out your pulse surveys!!! If we tell the truth we get stuck on conference calls with our brainwashed managers on how we can improve... F----ing joke..

Maybe we can get someone from the crowd that has, for the past year, been "remodeling" our major cities and "restructuring" our police departments. After a "mostly peaceful" reorg, we can declare all Verizon properties "autonomous zones"
W@K@ND@ FOREVER!!!

I think it’s funny when there is a training about the “tall white man” being the main person as a CEO, and how it’s a problem. Well if you have such a problem with “tall white men” being CEO’s then do something about it... Like really, I think every would be OK with it.

I get lots of training on data privacy and how it is all either men or wh---s fault for all problems especially white men. The last training this past week was how if you are just an ally then you are just self centered and doing it for yourself you need to be an accomplice or nothing.
I’m not sure how any of that prepares me for 5g.

The only development I've had is probably 40+ hours of required woke training in the last 10 months. Oh and leadership edge which was probably 16hrs watching self righteous executive videos.

OMG! This company is pathetic! How can they release report with such lies! This is disgusting and it’s exactly why so many people actually hate working for this company. The bs propaganda has to stop or this company is just going to keep failing. The lies are just unbearable anymore.

A good start, but Verizon needs to include attrition numbers too.

What pathetic propaganda. Why don't they release the Human Meat Grinder Report? You know, the one that shows how Verizon had 222,900 employees in 2010 and only 10 years later, its headcount dwindled to 132,200. A net loss of 90,700 jobs. Verizon rips off consumers and generates unemployment numbers that sink the economy.

Verizon is a burden on society. Period.
