Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Uh oh HR. They are catching on to you. They noticed that you made up a fake OFV/OFD rivalry to distract the employees enough to prevent organizing. They are even mentioning who they should be organizing against. This failure is not going to look good on your annual review.

@2xqn+1aH5Q1PW Let me clarify my original comment - I find FD now Fiserv executive leadership to be totally unethical, immoral, narcissistic ... well you get the idea. I have nothing good to say. And yes of course you have a right to be angry at THEM. I just think you need to remember that their are FD and Fiserv employees both suffering because of bad management that only does what is best for their pockets. I just dont think the posts attacking each the employees from previous Fiserv or precious First Data is helpful. You should all band together, then maybe you will be able to make a change. I am pretty sure they hate the management as well. If you cant encourage change and they keep pillaging benefits and piling on work with no incentive, then the company doesn't deserve you. There are plenty of opportunities out there where you will make more money and maybe even for a company with better leadership.

I cannot believe some of you are grown-ups. I have worked for both companies at different times in my life. There were good and bad with both. Personally I find it repugnant that FB made over 100 million the year he laid off a ton of people by closing offices. Thats corporate greed - so youll not hear good words from me about him however, the staff at both companies are full of caring, ethical, committed, passionate people who are good at what they do. Its horrific to read the FD versus Fiserv comments on here. YOU ARE ONE COMPANY NOW. Grow up, get over it, make it work or move on! Life it way too short to keep this cr-p up!
