I call bu-----t. OS operations was already hit hard. If anything, I would expect the upcoming compensation updates to be decent sized reductions, thus pushing people already on the edge over it, and then losing people via attrition rather than more layoffs.
Fingers crossed they'll finally turf some middle management that doesn't do anything that's productive
