Well there it is. As part of the People and culture town hall, dp discussed forced vax policy around ships and offshore facilities.
Forced vax now officially begins. This will slowly creep into all facilities. Good luck to everyone who is taking a stand against forced vax. You will now be tested.

You really need to unplug for panic Po-n news. Covid is not a death sentence, and 99.8% of folks who came down with Covid survived. These people go back to work with organic antibodies, not the ones the spike protein tricks your body into making. It's not like your going to be working with sick people. Get serious.
Forced vax is the only obvious choice. Otherwise staff will sue if they catch it offshore. Objectors are free to work elsewhere with other sick people with no pressure.

Thats odd, because ive been kindly paying for my fitness center membership for the last year in good faith. This to help the fitness center employees keep their jobs. But now that im being directly discriminated against, i will be ending my membership. Or maybe ill pay for it and ask a lawyer what i should do since the services i payed for are not being rendered due to my own private medical decisions.
Making an executive decision based on fact? Exactly. Fact is that the company had to suspend rig operations and spend millions on NPT dealing with covid outbreaks offshore.

Ge-z - I get the strong feelings about vaccinations. It seems there is a strong correlation in beliefs , should you take it or not and who you believe won the election. I hope your right, but a simple google search for “forced covid vaccine employment” yields tons of (biased) articles waxing on about how its legal to require a covid passport for services and employment. Its insane how willing these folks on the supposed “moral high ground” on the “right side of history” are to sacrifice their freedom for perceived security. Heavy emphasis on the perceived part...
Freedom is more important to me than reducing* the risk of catching a virus with a survival rate of over %98-99 for my age group.

Pretty obvious this was always going to be the case for offshore and expat.
