Is the company doing away with SM's by making all reps become keyholders? My location is training everyone to be keyholder.

Simple math. Managers covering two stores, days off and vacations. They simply cannot be everywhere all the time.
So when we all become key holders, may we leave at 2 oclock( some days 3pm) when we’re on an opening shift? We have to find a way to manipulate our time sheets though, cause I don’t think we will have access to the approving of Time worked.
Get rid of the SM, give you the keys and the SM's responsibilities on top of your own responsibilities. Same pay. Genius!
