My dept gave us some insights
For our dept bottom 2:
I have seen improvements made as a result of the last survey.
Senior Leaders clearly communicate the reasons for business decisions.
wow surprise!! lol
any results of the survey?????
I'd like to see how they try to spin and shine up the tu-d of a result of the most recent employee engagement survey... Lots of folks are in stressful situations right now and I'm sure their answers reflect that.
Engagement survey results are being released next week. I heard between the 11th and 13th. My source is reliable.
Probably they’re negotiating a multi-million contract with McKensey or Bain (since JD is from there) on “how to fix it or at least present it in a way that they feel more valued”. Then they will pay the agency more money than they spend on helping India to cope with Covid to make a nice presentation.
Do a all-employee meeting, invite an athlete to talk about Team, present a few slides and then… bo-m! Problem solved.
Why does anyone expect anything to come from this survey when nothing has happened from previous surveys?
They’re not planning on revealing the results because they were that bad. That’s a fact, until they read this.
I hope they do forget about it because I do not want to sit in a series of useless meeting with a SrDr who thinks we will change ALL of Nike's culture by simply "talking" about few things. Totally irrational and id--tic.
remember, anything that happens as a result was because YOU wanted it - jd
Ya take thoes seriously?
They will sugar coat the results, glaze over it and move on.
They are a complete waste of time and effort.
It’s just another way to be seen to be listening but not actually doing anything with what they hear.
