They systematically cover up claims of retaliation and discrimination. Then force people out. EEOC should investigate.

I always hear that IT and GTS are corrupt. What is the form of corruption? I'm in another area and have always thought our IT was not good but nobody ever says what this supposed corruption is?
I think we all agree that shanks and followers (we can’t call that lot leaders) are corrupt and it’s increasing . This behavior never existed when wireless ran the show
But Kyle is the big boss. He sends letters . By his inaction in cleaning house he owns it and is equally guilty

OP, how is IT more corrupt? I would say IT leadership is inept and would would pin that on Shankar not Kyle.
No one really knows why, they made a bunch of money from Infosys, now I guess they are afraid of jail. Corruption is corruption, The SEC knows nothing about this. The board meeting is going to happen soon, that is why.

He doesn't care. None of them do. Path of least resistance for them. They are all inept and therefore white knuckling it hoping they aren't found out before they have enough to retire.
