Dam y’hall giving Membership Representative commission to get upgrades an credits. Where is the Membership Lead Raise???...... Talk to me an tell me what’s going on!!!! This is some BS.....

Who ever said it is $58k is sadly mistsken.....it is $34 a d "saleried" just means you are at thier mercy. "Oened" and forget the " commission " you need to EXCEED the goals per week to get the commission and work as many hours to get your "goals"........NOPE!!
Our club has a Membership Representative. She walks around thinking she is a manager...she was at one time and got demoted during downsizing. Cashiers and desk associates are not happy that she is being paid commission off of their work and they get nothing. She comes around and checks everyone’s numbers and put pression them. She is a back stabbed too and everyone knows it. It is not going to last. What was HO thinking?
Our membership lead and marketing don't do anything! They don't want to do anything but expect their weekends off and banker hrs.

Please don’t work for Sam’s Club if you have any experience of selling. They will use you an want pay you Sh-t!!! You’re doing everything while management still in the office!!! Marketing/Membership Lead. It's so obvious. Yes, you are missing the fact that you are being phases out. No raises, no incentives, no office. They won't fire you or delete the position outright, because it cost too much money and the company receives bad press. Their waiting for you to quit of put in for another job within the company.

What a JOKE- I'm a Membership/ Marketing Lead- we get overlooked every time there is a pay increase- I am so sick & tired of the games.......NO MORE/ I'M DONE!!
Why is it that some clubs have "membership leads" and others do not? I don't get it. They are putting so much pressure on the cashiers and self checkout people by telling them they have to get a certain number of upgrades and credits a day. You cannot possibly get those numbers on a daily basis, it is ridiculous. We are losing people weekly, high turnover is not good.
O, H-e- ll no! I'm a cashier and I get eight to ten plus a day, plus credits and Sam's isn't paying me a commission. If team leads and membership reps are going to get commissions off the cashiers hard work, cashiers are going to revolt. We're the ones talking people into plus and credits. All the team leads do is b^tch if we don't get enough plus/credit.
Okay, from my point of view you’re exactly right. I’m a Membership Lead an they want us to get the same numbers as a Membership Representative with NO COMMISSION ARE YOU FU----G SERIOUS!!!!!

Sam’s Club is terrible when it comes to their associates. I hated it their !!!!! Manager are terrible !!!!! Please don’t work for Sam’s Club.
Most clubs don't have membership leads so I don't see a raise maybe a boot.
