Now just a bunch of mostly incoherent ranting or crude, disgusting comments. There haven’t been any layoffs since February of 20 and the last posts a manifested of sorts. It is clear the pandemic has affected someone’s mental health. Sad really.

It is so strange. There was almost no activity here for the longest time. Then someone from HR started posting here on a regular basis. Now site activity is at an all time high. Who do you think is responsible for making this site so active?

Of course not, stripping the 401k and ESP benefits, along with NO MERIT RAISE this year after a grueling workload in 2020 has people leaving the company faster than they can lay anyone off. Anyone really think these moves are just coincidence?
Sheer joy watching the stock PLUMMET day after day. Investors are keenly aware of the low end elementary FISERV sales force and the “cast off amateurs” of a management team in place. Close to a 10%+ drop since the earnings announcement a week or so ago. Predictions are high $70s by July 4th, if not lower
LOL, HR at it again, posting fake threads (plus fake replies) to try to bury the truthful ones. In reality, morale at Fiserv continues to plummet to heck as the overvalued stock begins to decline. Sad that HR spends more time trying to figure out how to swindle money from their own employees via the 401K and health insurance plans instead of actually making the company a respectable place to work.
I’m following this site for more than a year, and I can tell you that all relevant info comes here first, usually way before it’s shared to your direct managers and way sooner it brakes into newspapers.
In a meantime there are some troll posts which are pretty easy to spot, and some posts that I find irrelevant, which I just skip.
I guess some find it’s also a good place to vent, nothing wrong with that if you ask me.
