This is the typical layoff they always do where you will still have a job but it will be a few levels down from what you are doing now.Good luck in the pit store level has become if you choose to stay with WFM.

Does anyone have any insight into what the Global TMS structure will look like? Specifically L+D? The calls today were confusing at best.
Restructuring away from individual teams into merchandising and operations teams. I'm guessing there will be a hunger games for positions them offers of store positions, then severence.
It's a reorganization of regional teams into global teams that will include reductions in force.

I've been thinking they were going to take all TMS to Global for a while, too.
Merging regions makes some sense. I wonder if they are going to make TMS a 100% global team.
I'm guessing we're merging regions into an East and a West...sad, but just a guess from connecting some dots
Seems strange to have regional calls both before and after the TMS call. I would think if it was something huge they would have scheduled all the office calls at the same time. Could just be policy around opening offices in July and the expectation that people need to be in office two days a week and accountability around that.
Considering so many are involved in these calls tomorrow I’m doubting that it’s layoffs but I agree that it’s not a good feeling
I'm in a different region but have the same calls, but in opposite order. First one is all Regional office workers, and then followed by all TMS for the entire company. Not feeling good about this.

Only know of one call tomorrow for all Regional TMs in the office (not global TMs) it’s about 15 minutes at 11:00 EST

First there’s a call for the entire company’s TMS Team, immediately following that there is a call for the entire regional office. Quickly glanced the email invitation, but it looks like all teams were invited. This is the NE region. Anyone have any thoughts?
