Certain offices are venting people. They can't hire in others. Even more off-shoring efforts. Have personally been told by recruiters that they do not send candidates to TR. Just waiting for them to begin selling off chunks of the business. Upper management either doesn't know what they're doing or they know exactly what they're doing.
I figure a lot of these existing leaders have negotiated their severance already and are here for a little longer as the transformation takes place. They think that we do not notice what is truly happening. This is the big one everyone.
