A lot of people I work with are more than happy with the current leadership and I can't understand why. The treatment of employees has been atrocious lately. Attrition is at an all-time high, from what I can see. So what is it that this leadership is doing that makes some of you think they're doing a great job? I personally can't see it.

I been hoping for a package. I hope I get one soon. I cannot see myself going back to office.
Where will they go? What choice will people have?

Honestly I think the attrition at jpm is going to skyrocket after the forced return to the office. After the rtto zoom calls I think a lot of people are looking to get out.
