It was still trying when I was there a few years ago...

FiScandal is plagued by poor leadership and grossly misallocated funds (think entire teams dedicated to spreading the 'agile manifesto').
I don't understand how Fiserv could possibly be profitable with the kinds of issues I experience using their software. I work at a large institution and we consistently run into problems with Notifi outages caused by Fiserv's shoddy ESF system. Even worse is that I have personally been on calls where ESF support personnel are pointing fingers and arguing in front of us. Extremely unprofessional considering we just want the outage fixed. Not going to get an LTR from me.
Profitability, what are you talking about, the new Fiserv since yabuki’s departure is in the top 100 for most profitable companies, get educated!
Exact date-year I cannot recall but there was one, massive, cut - almost half a floor in Alpharetta was cleaned out just like that. 50% gone and that was from staffers ON the floor who noticed - one cannot miss it - a ton of now empty desks and a ton of returned laptops down in IT support. It was then that alot of remaining staff was inspired to look elsewhere.
Has it been a few years already? I remember that cut. I was really quiet the next day.
And in case anybody is wondering, yes, I was part of those cuts.
