Thread regarding Weatherford International Ltd. layoffs

I'm almost afraid to ask

How has morale been lately at WFT? I left about a year before the pandemic hit in big part to escape what the company had done to its employees. It felt like everybody was depressed all the time. I've been hoping that things have improved since then for my former coworkers but with everything that's been happening, I'm afraid I might already know the answer.

It’s worse in manufacturing for sure, completions sucks with all of these Cameron guys. Don’t care about their employees at all!

Get off the WFT boat while you can so you can experience how it feels to work for a functional and competent company.

Engineering, Hr, finance and IT rifs coming.Won’t be many left after the next round of RIFs, least there will be lots of office space for when everyone is back...
