Fiserv is going the way of the dinosaur. The sad part is that HR not only realizes this, but they continue to make things worse through increasingly ridiculous policies, such as making health insurance cost proportional to pay -- why does my skill level dictate how much I pay for health insurance? My theory is that the HR top brass lead miserable lives and want to impart their misery onto others. Although I signed the non-disparage agreement, I continue to warn as many people as I can via social media to stay far away from this depressing nightmare of a company.
WFH is over, that way as the outages continue 12-16 hour days IN the office (and micro managed to death) can commence. The job market is ripe with well paying work, with really solid benefits. Why are you staying again ? Stop making excuses, time to look out for #1.
Look at it from a money perspective. If you don't go into the office, then the commercial real estate business dries up. Can't impact their buddies like that. Who would they play golf with?
Second, they really don't care how much time you waste in traffic or the carbon emissions that you have while you sit in traffic.
