Personality Surveys

ABU asset development has been trying to figure out our personalities since the beginning of the last decade. First it was e-colors then it was Myers Briggs and now it's the "Print Survey."

I found that a reading the personality traits based on the Chinese zodiac was more accurate.

Any other departments involved in this mayhem? AD! We've been together for so long AD.. and To quote simply red "If you don't know me by now. .. You will never, never, never know me Oooh"

@5sgg fappin was what the reservoir engineers in abu were doing.. Or more so fappin each other off as they baked some numbers made up some good news story of additional resource recovery.

Soon they were caught red handed or shall i say 4skin in hand... Constantly changing their view of the resevoir.. Come to reality guys why dream up a piece of rock. Leave it to downstream to be constantly sorting out your mess..

Maybe you folk in abu AD should try concentrating on your so called reservoir models and minimise screwing up your reserves so badly.. Im assuming AD will add some reserves to jansz this year followed by celebrations and pats all round to find out next year the rock actually wasnt there.
Perhaps stay in that underground bubble while your at it and stop trying to force yourselves into the "value chain", yall aren't as important as you think

Being employed at Chevron for a long time messes up with our personalities OP. Time to time we need to figure out who we are, what we've become. Perhaps you didn't always complain in your life?

Every time I would take the e-colors test it would end up classifying me with a different e-color combo.

Boston squares. Four combinations - too simple!
competent = C; a@@ho-e = A

Chevron life is a game of chess, and we all need hints sometimes. Issue is we all know who the a@@holes are. Need detailed surveys like the print to nuance the d00shbag severity.

You are a complainer. I believe that is yellow over blue. You will do good work but disrupt the team in the process. You will eventually be fired.

This personality labeling is inaccurate and unfair. Some type of Boston square based on engagement and value potential is better to lump employees into buckets. For example, low technical value employees not engaged should be moved out of the organization.

I do know how much we spend on those items and I know how much we spent on the Senior family. The bills were excessive flying them from France to Houston, Italy, Singapore and London in First Class, staying at the finest hotels, charging excessive amounts for food. It was crazy and DP cleared every single invoice.

You do not want to know how much we spent on those e-colors hard hat stickers. Or bracelets.

Once a personality is determined - stick to it or grow into it. Lest be called inconsistent and difficult. - could save your job one day.

This all goes back to more DP failures. He was the mastermind behind e-colors. What a waste of time and energy. It became more of a way to discriminate against employees than help employees communicate. Nearly every D&C meeting I went to, everyone said they manipulated the test so they could say they were a red. Ugggg....How DP wasted money...Shameful.
