Over the past few weeks this site has been increasingly following Big Tech censorship by deleting posts which question any of the woke narratives put out by the propaganda media outlets.

Or...wait for it...wait for it...you broke the site rules with identifiable, political, racist, or whatnot posts and you got rightfully deleted. I never hear people who follow the rules complain, only those who think they're above it and are then SHOCKED when there are consequences.
Create your own site and post whatever you want. Other peoples' sites... their rules apply.
As a manager i can confirm that hr is filtering resumes based on diversity goal. This is very evident by the mismatch between the community and the applicants i am allowed to see and interview.

True, a number of comments I voted up recently have been disappeared by the Borg. Other job sites like glassdoor seem to do the same now. Wonder if it is AI or actual moderators doing the memory holing? Doubt this thread will survive 24 hours.
Its been worse, every post claiming (100% true) claiming HON fired people based on race was deleted, despite clear communication from HR not to hire white and Indian men
