Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Healthy parts of Chase?

Someone suggested that everyone who complains about the bad atmosphere and working conditions should try to switch from those toxic ones to healthy and functioning parts of Chase.
Now I wonder which are the healthy parts where it is nice to work? /s. I don't really believe there are any, but... maybe I'm wrong.

There is no such thing as "Healthy Parts Of Chase". Toxic and Depressing is more like it.

If you are lucky, you maybe able to find a small local environment that relatively healthy. Unfortunately, it cannot escape the bigger JPMC. When things are not going too well, you will observe managers become cowards, and even sacrifice you for their own personal job security. A clown in my LOB lied left and right, and falsified business results to get ahead. Those cowards were afraid to say anything because those "results" are in line with the "strategic vision" of a bigger clown. Unfortunately, those "results" negatively impaired our business process, and now we are seriously out of compliance. Now the "process improvement" show begin, the same clown is a cheerleader for that. What happens to the cowards? They clap their hands and congratulate each other what a great job! To add more bonus to this, the clown is also our D&I rep. Does this sound healthy enough for you to join? Happy shopping!
