I wonder how many people will leave just because they will not agree to the latest remote policy, which means a partial return to the offices? I have had to change my location in the meantime and it will be a real challenge to return to the office, and I guess there are more such cases. I know a few people who have already found other options.

Not me! I’m fully vaccinated and will happily return to campus once the kids are back to school in the Fall.
I WILL GLADLY TAKE ANY DESIGNER'S SPOT (and pay) if they decide to leave because they have to go to the office. Lazy people should not be getting paid inflated rates. I work my a-s off every day at an office and would love to work at Nike, even if the pay were slightly increased from what I get now.
I mean, I know people who have left the Oregon area and plan on quitting Nike regardless of the decision. But that’s their person choice... (shrug)... at least it wasn’t 5 days a week in the office. You need to get a reality check and go work for a “Red” employer who requires you to do a prayer every morning, don’t give a damn who you are, and the only people getting promoted are family members.
@1hdl, it is about preference for many people; just as you have a preference. Be respectful and be nice.
This is some real first world problems of having a job and not wanting to go back to office. Instead of “wondering” go and put out applications and do something about it. I’m sure there are so many unemployed people who would take your job - no matter the location.
You have 4 months to find a new job. Good luck!
