I am planning to join Chase in other state. Does Chase pay for relocation expenses like lease break of apartment, flight, movers, hotel, rental car?
I heard some LOBs pay a flat amount. Which is correct? Please advise.

Not true they do offer relo for certain people/roles. Also consider what you gain from joining a company like that .. how much did your salary increase? 20%? If so who cares about taking a relocation hit. Use part of your 401K etc. At the end of the day the salary bump, company and career trajectory/bonuses at company make it a no brainer.
No it doesn't pay, nor a sing-on bonus.
I was not paid any relocation expense when I joined couple of years ago. I don't know if they pay to anyone.
So does this mean most of new hires will have to take care of moving their household stuff and pay for flight from their pocket to join new job at Chase? In such case, if you own house then moving expenses may be ~$20K!
Generally speaking these things are on a case by case basis, unless an LOB is relocating its people, then it might be an offer to a selected set of people or teams.
Do they pay for lease break?
So what if they don’t ? Are you gonna leave the firm lol
What is range of sign-on bonus?
When I relocated for Chase in 2013, I got a sign-on bonus and they paid to move my household goods (full pack, move, and unpack). That was at VP level.
Ask HR.
You get free tv dinner yahhooo
They pay flat. They can also lay you off without any warning. You will have 45 days. My department laid off 14 so far. There were folks moved their families (with kids).... Now no where to go (yet)
