Every day I go into work hoping that maybe things will improve at least a little but it never happens. This ELT is terrible and will destroy the entire company if they continue like this. I'm aware that grass might not always be greener, but it's all dried up on this side of the fence. It's not as if it can get worse elsewhere...

I've posted before that if you are unhappy, just like in a relationship, sever it. Amazing how many people are in this situation of essentially being in an abusive relationship. It's so bad, but they do nothing about it. Boggles my mind. Seriously, spruce up the resume, interview, and find something new. If you can't, maybe the problem isn't just the company...
EM is ready for engine 1 corporate raiders to scrap and sell the pieces. Management destroyed a great company.

If you are unhappy. There are more than enough companies to go to. Many people that I know that got pip'd or left, are happy with working at other companies
The only thing that is keeping you back is not exxon or other people. It is you, you have the choice to go to other ventures. Might be a big/small sacrifice but that is you to decide
