Supervisors can’t tell you but assessments are being done this month. Catch them unprepared and ask them how you ranked. They won’t tell you but read their response for an early warning.

Salary budgets are done in Sept as part of Company Plan. So the rankings are input to the salary budget process. These must be complete by end of June, so results can be input to salary planning system. Final plan reviewed with Board in Nov.

I hope going forward that the top brass learned (ha) at least one thing:
Acting classes are cheap and they are necessary.
Call them 'Leadership Skills Enhancement" or whatever.
But it is cheap 'Acting' classes that have been missed in the system.

Whole EM training budget for Fiscal 2022 - less than $10K!

you can tell were your headed by the demenor of the supervisor. Mine during eads never at me directly. I could tell they were uncomfortable during it. Ever good thing I did was balanced with some bad. I know I am going to drop in ranking.

Wait, so all my mangers that have a two day ranking meeting on their calendar in Mid-June are just going to sit around and twiddle their thumbs for two days when that date comes up because they’ve already met? My manager told me that different groups have different deadlines for their rankings to be complete. @OP, are you sure that EVERY GROUP is doing their ranking sessions in the next 2 weeks?

My supervisor literally just tells my group when the assessment meetings are, so that people get stuff done on time. Supervisors who think assessment dates are “secret” need to get a clue.

When do people offered PIP have to be noticed this year? Last year they wanted all PIPs to be started or to have elected PIL by end of July, is it June or July this year?

This is correct!
they have to be completed by June 11th. (What I was told)
They are looking for anything to reduce employee headcount.
