Every Monday gets more and more dreadful. This can't be my reality for the next x number of years. This company is stealing sanity from people and making an unintentional toxic workplace. I think they are trying to do too much, with less people. When does scope ever subside? People sure seem to subside with ease, but never scope, risk, security, enhancements, paperwork, red tape etc

Doing more isn't always bad if you can learn and grow. Problem is "doing more" at BOA means doing more BS paperwork, getting around red tape, or just plain begging people to get their part done so you can move on with the project.
This post brought a tear to my eye, from laughing so hard. You are a master of sarcasm, brilliant use of 'scope' outside project management. How about calling in sick on Mondays once in a while?
