Since Stinky wants to exceed his master, Ratty, no doubt the spinoff failure payment to Discovery will beat Ratty's payout to TMOB should it not be approved.

AT&T will owe Discovery 1.7 billion, Discovery would have to pay AT&T 700 million. Just depends on which side can't pushbit through on their end. Discovery sharehders have to vote to approve it, but AT&T shareholders do not.
Haven't you noticed over the last several years that your "Ratty" and "Stinky" schtick hasn't really taken hold? As in, you're the only one that refers to them that way? It's not funny or clever. You're articulate enough to make a point without it.
