Okay, there doesn’t seem to be any new rumors about layoffs here either. I haven't noticed any signs that indicate a storm is coming. I'm relaxed, but I'm still looking for other options because Q2 will be here soon...

For very selective band 3 employees, they came up with a secretive bonus program, which is 10% of salary to be paid in the next 3 years (one has to sign a confidentiality agreement for that). Managers are boosting this to the employees selected for this bonus program. None knows what will happen to AM in the next few years- I am inclined that it will be disinvested and no one will get any bonus.
People are laying themselves off to work for other companies. The real question remains do the job huggers get a loyalty bonus or do they just keep throwing people into the elbow?
