Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

U.S. Bank website is absolute cr-p

The U.S. Bank website just got a "facelift" and look at it. This is an indication of the level of trouble TOS is in. Totally clueless design and half of the functionality doesn't work.

Had to use the mobile app to do Bill Pay and any payments as well as viewing docs.

The rot is now plain to see.

Integration with Bill Pay is cr-p and that is not just UX/UI.

Design is not done by TOS and most of this is on UX.

TOS would not have been involved in the UI/UX design, only the implementation.

Us bank's website has ALWAYS been a complete POS
Incompetent managers and "svp"s blah blah blah who care nothing about their customers but always seek their pension at the expense of the customer fees.

I don't work in corporate marketing, but I'm telling you with 100% certainty that TOS didn't update the website. That's the job for a vendor. Good try, though!
