So tired of the bs! We are a sinking ship ,,,Just how long before the cut the anchor? The pandemic made billions for this company. How do they reward the people that made money for all of their efforts? Lay them off. This is how Keebler went down. They made super territories. It didn't work for them and they only had 30% of the business at the time. Whose lame a-s idea thought this would actually work? We already had help issues to begin with and they just compounded the issue by taking people out that would actually do the job! It is important to note that Dirk prior to working for us worked for McCain which comes out of a warehouse which is where we are headed.
Of course you dont care we are down 3.5 percent in workers. You dont/wont have to lift a finger, all the DM's are gonna do is spread the extra work out over the reminder employees that are already stretched thin.

If yall havent figured it out yet but this company is trying to cost cut as much as possible. I dont think necessarily we will end dsd yet, just have dsd with the least amount of bodies as possible. They say they are committed and they might be, just without our positions. I cant figure out if I am sales or a merchandisers anymore since all I do is through cases all day long. It's getting hard to want to sell in displays when I'm the one that has to build it, tear it down, sell it, maintain it...

Mr. Know it all, it 3.5% of reps and it was due to elimination of D stores. True in the future it may be just A-B stores but please get you facts right. BTW when the pandemic clears and jobs are filled in BH 2021. Buckle up as all companies will be down 5-15% of their work force so I will take 3.5%

It's pretty funny that this person knows that MDLZ just laid off 10% of their sales reps, closed 2 manufacturing plants and has computer ordering for every customer and still believes MDLZ is committed to DSD. Hint, if the RVP is constantly saying that we are committed to DSD, they are not.
same few who say DSD will end like Keebler, how long has it been now with the Keebler exit? I think it's more like only the big stay. Frito, MDLZ, and Pop Companies

Yeah and the customers are complaining about Frito in stock. walk the aisles id--ts the entire supply chain is strained. put the damn cookies and crackers on the shelf that is all we ask
Think things have gotten much worse with Dirk. We are by far the worst DSD company out there. Our service is terrible and our in stocks are embarrassing

I love being treated like dirt! Every morning I wake up very hard at the thought of what new bu-----t will come out of the bosses mouth! I dont even need viagra any more! Being treated like dirt has improved my love life by over 10000! All the ladies agree!!
They're under a lot of stress and pressure.
They live miserable lives so they drag everyone else down.
