Sure would like to get rid of these facemask.... sure would like to tell my employees that CVS is easing the cap on key positions....

Is there no word on paying our employees more per hour? We’re a huge company and other huge companies have raised their minimum wage. It’s hard for me to hire someone in pharmacy at 12 a hour when they can work at the pharmacy at Target for $15 a hour. This is stupid.
Facemasks can be removed as long as the employee has been fully vaccinated.
I didn’t like it last year. I’d rather not do stuff I don’t like. Plus they repealed the mask requirement today. Unless your state or local govt requires it. Yeah!
What’s the difference in wearing the mask last year flinging freight and doing so this year?
Somehow CVS knows more than the CDC apparently. Stupid we have to wear these things. It’s getting hot again here now, and it’s a pain to wear all day while flinging freight.
