Over worked and drowning. This place has become the most miserable place to work.

Ok staff we all watch this feed. I'm happy to have the job but sick of getting it shoved down our throat. You need us. Investors need us. You need people to run your pumps. We make you the money for investors. I realize its a tough go with trying to pay for the buy out and the stock price. But treat us better. I work hard for you guys. I have co- workers that work hard. We do your paper work. We obey your rules. You need us. We will work with you to make this a success story. Treat us better.
Fill out your surveys and let them know. Call the integrity line and let them know. It’s at least trying to do the right thing even if they ignore it. Failing that go post on the Glassdoor. They do pay attention to that site for sure.
Most hate it here now with terrible leadership and constant layoffs.. A change will come soon enough
Hang in there. Don’t leave until you get the golden handshake. They are probably making it so terrible that people quit. Don’t let them win. Hang in there. Freedom is coming.
Hey if it is so bad, you can quit and move on to a job that you like. Take your bad attitude elsewhere.
Lets say the majority are one foot out door. Don’t do any more layoffs until you let the attrition catch up, or you will be in deep ship HR.
For those of us still here --> extremely interesting that there are internal postings for position(s) in a group (Downstream) that took a 35% hit in January?

I felt like you before being laid off in March. I now feel free as well as financially free. Best thing to ever happen. The future is yours!!!
“Eye on the prize” brother. New refreshing job is around the corner for all of us. I choose to reject the decisions of this new leadership. Good luck to them and their constant layoffs
