Some fully vaccinated associates can stop wearing masks 2 weeks after being fully vaccinated. Fresh associates cannot stop wearing masks regardless of their vaccination status. First of all, it’s none of anybody’s business whether someone is vaccinated or not, this is against everything HIPAA stands for. What’s next? Be ready to lawyer-up if you feel your privacy is being violated. If you feel you’re being retaliated against for not being vaccinated, document everything. It will happen.

I was going to get vaccinated but I work in optical and regardless of being vaccinated or not I still have to wear a mask while working in the optical department.
There are two new company company mandated masks coming for those unwilling to get experimented on ...uuhh.. I mean for those not willing to be vaccinated. One of them will have a bright red A on it standing for Antivaxxer. The other will have a yellow star on it signifying that you are unclean and nothing more than vermin deserving to be eradicated. If you are willing to bear such shame so be it you antivaxxer vermin.
My store says fresh must wear masks vaccinated or not. As stated above it can not spread through food. If this is a personal thing at our store it is illegal. If this is not corporate I will wear it. It is hot as he-l in my area. Masks make it worse. 😢😞

We were told yesterday that home office changed their minds .. even vaccinated associates still have to wear a mask ! Which is BS... if the members don’t have to, why do we ! Does anyone in HO do manual labor with those stupid things on .. nope ... they sit in an air conditioned office making stupid rules ..

I don’t know where you got your info but look it up from a real legal site. HIPPA does not protect you from an employer or business asking these things. I’m a business major and had to take business law. The news is even stating the law over this. Employers can legally fire you from not getting vaccinated it’s their right like it or not. It’s a long standing law. It’s no different then having to be vaccinated for other things to work at places.
The intent of HIPAA in the workplace is to protect employees from sharing health information and disclosing information with people who do not legally need to know that information. Entities covered by HIPAA include health plans, health care providers and health care clearinghouses.
If you don't have the facts, don't put this cr-p out. So sick of the lies and rumors. Grow up.
But the uniform can not be required based upon your personal life decisions. There is no scientific proof that masks have helped at all in this so called pandemic. So if you dont believe the lies and therefore you do not get vaccinated you will have to wear a mask of shame. Covid 19 has been no worse than the seasonal flu and in all likely hood is just the flu. We are not made to wear masks during any other flu season. The mask will now be a way of singling you out because your political understanding does not coincide with that of the powers that be.

The response wasn't in your favor, so you try again. Stop your obsession with mask. Don't you understand? Your work uniform can consist of whatever your employer want it to, as long as they pay for the uniform.
