Stankey was the co pilot on this deal!!
Textbook example of what happens when you get into debt and can no longer pay the piper. Unfortunately the wolf was at AT&T's door. Desperation set in, no option but to spin off WB for a quick cash infusion. Stankey wants Stephenson to take all the blame!
