Having to wear masks in the fresh areas is just a dog and pony show that corporate to put on for the general public. Every fresh associate needs to voice their displeasure with this so-called dress code change. It should be like the vaccine it should be a personal choice, if you want to Are these rules still in effect for out of state Pennsylvania visitors. For July 9- July 12 2021. Your state website says that most of the restrictions have been lifted for fully vaccinated visitors. wear it fine, if not there's no food safety risk if you do not wear it. We have a tough time keeping and retaining people now let alone getting new ones and now you make this change to make our jobs even more uncomfortable.

There was a change to the dress code, ask your lead or FAM for it. Our lead happens to be on top of her game, so we got the updated Dress Code as soon as it was updated. How about instead of whining on here, actually go do some of that communicating you are complaining about?
A lot of people are very interested in this subject, Keep it up. About the Coughing on the food, Talk to management they should go home or wear a mask. About corporate, They know how to communicate very well. Their lack of communication is the communication. If there's a change in the dress code, Shouldn't It be written and shouldn't we all receive a copy of it. The fact that The checkers up front don't have to wear a mask And fresh Does, Tells me there is no science involved. This is politics. And it has no place in the work Place environment. We were told that if we got the vaccine we wouldn't have to wear masks anymore. After all this time I was ecstatic. I immediately got the vaccine. 2 days later I'm told fresh has to wear them anyway. These aren't good people. These aren't people who communicate.
There is a woman in our fresh dept that wont wear a mask while preparing the food, and with all her hacking and coughing every day she should. Its so gross, loose cough all the time, makes me sick to my stomach to hear it.
Let it go. All you do is post about mask and fresh. Can't you tell, no one cares.
