So interesting we were able to find millions of dollars stuffed under the mattress to fight the proxy fight but can’t find any money to pay the 401k match

@nxd+1aWmRhjE That is right. I have heard honest feedback by employees were laughed at during sessions senior executives. Reflects the type of management we have.
Protecting DW is way more important than your 401K boomer!
I have seen firsthand managers make degrading comments about PIPing people and letting them go. The type of people that get promoted to where DW are, are really not good ppl for the most part. I don't expect them to care or even consider the well being of employees in a company that sees the masses as a liability rather than an asset. Make no mistake, this is not just Exxon, this is corporate America. The best way to survive is to make yourself as valuable as possible and keep jumping ship for better opportunities and better pay then open up your own business.
Of course exxon has money to spend other than employee benefits
It is corporate company. If you keep believing companies like that size, care. You need more help than exxon.
Are you trying to argue that the company should not have had any response to the proxy effort by Engine One? Just roll over and submit? Get real.
well that's what happens when Boomers manage the company
They want MORE MORE and MORE while destroying everything in their way
It is to defend DW compensation. During the pandemic, he did not even take a pay cut to protect us. I am not surprised. Every dog for himself.
Small price to pay to ensure our skillful and brilliant leaders remain our leaders! The game changing ideas XOM managers come up with is legend! Did you know our XOM managers came up with the idea to hold on to a handrail to keep us safe?!?! They also asked us to wear XOM gear because the virus is scared of the XOM logo. The LOSER virus has no chance against a winning XOM shirt!
