That's a good description - a bureaucratic nightmare. There have been situations where I’ve become convinced that Nike is just that, and I haven’t been in this company for long.
I worked for a competitor and several other companies where this was also a big problem but never like it is at Nike. Has it ever been better with regards to this issue or has there always been bureaucratic chaos here?

Have they did the thing where they bring in someone to show your entire team how to use a meditation app yet?
It was always a GRAT mirage.

OP, I have been at Nike for over 7 years and I can share with you that, in my experience, it really has been a bureaucratic chaos. The sad news is that its getting worse. I have not seen any signs that would lead me to believe that things will get better.
