No solid info. I agree with one of the replies though...look out for #1 and thats the best option.

I heard a rumor amongst management in one of the biz units that there was another round scheduled for June 2021 (this rumor that i heard 2x was back at the end of last year ...things change and it wasnt a solid plan that i saw...just a rumor)

Yes your correct NOV does have copious amounts of nepotism there is a correlation between nepotism and a fu----g useless management culture no surprise then.

Why wait, just look out for yourself and that is all that matters. NOV is just one company in the world. Don't make it your whole world. TX unemployment benefits are cr-p to wait around for. Find a thriving industry and put constant threat of layoffs behind you.
