What entities are involved in assembling these rankings and how much are they getting paid to perform this work and by whom? What criteria is used to generate these rankings? How is Big Bleu in the Top 10, let alone anywhere in the Top 50?

Note that Oracle and Cisco are also listed, the only companies that can rival IBM in getting rid of people. That tells you how truthful this list really is.
It is complete BS. Reason is Ibm spends a fortune on LinkedIn advertisement.

From my own experience and from others I trust, this is not what we've experienced, at least not for a decade or so.
