Anyone else feel the timing was a little odd? The announcement took place after AT&T’s BOD re-election. Some might consider this to be an integrity issue. AT&T’s top 10 shareholders must demand the resignation of all BOD members. JTS needs to stay the course to correct all his poor leadership decisions before submitting his resignation.

How much did Elliot know before they sold their shares and hit the road? I wondered why the cut and left.
Seems like they weren't quite ready to announce it. Sure there are still discussion of some details yet to happen.
Seemed to me like they had to rush an announcement because of the media leak Sunday.
How about stupid timing. Monday morning of the week of the WM Upfront presentation that was pre-taped. So it has Kilar in it. Lots of talk about how great the company is, immediately following AT&T announcing they are cutting it free. That sends a good message to the advertising committee.
It is almost as if AT&T knew nothing about the media industry....
Just waiting for the skeletons in the closet to come to light.
