"Here is your sign! He hates remote employee's and you may find yourself without a job if you don't love commuting into work."

It may not matter if you go back to the office. OFD is going to consolidate the offices so your role will probably move to another location. Meaning that you either move, quit or are fired.

Frank and the chief HR officer are more interested in saddling their own employees with Clover advertising responsibilities. They take away benefits and then say "Want your money back? Advertise for us!" in so many words. The NASCAR emails merely add insult to injury. Nice job lining your pockets Frank - I just wish you weren't tanking a once-good company while doing it.

That is very funny @3ktg+1aXLK5dE. Being worth 300 million means he knows how to line his own pocket.

Does he actually share the wealth with the company employee's? Does he create an environment of loyal employees that want to do their very best for the company? If the last two years shows his leadership skills. He is focused on himself and his profits. His micro management/spying style shows a true lack of employee trust, which doesn't inspire anyone to do their best. Even the original first data people were hoping that some of the Fiserv policies would get implemented.

A great example is the bait and switch for the remote workers that will have to go into the office soon.

Here is your sign! He hates remote employee's and you may find yourself without a job if you don't love commuting into work.

The point is you don’t make $300 million without a lot of business talent you OFS dummy

Yeah the HR guy doesn't seem to be trying to spin half truths or candy coating things to make them look better. Fact is, a large number of employees got screwed in the past year, while Fiserv is trying to cost cut to make their EPS look better. In the long run, it is going to tank the ship. Maybe the current CEO isn't ready to run a large company like this.

Since the stock price is down significantly, our HR puppet had to get a second job loading mulch at Home Depot. Leaves little time to post his / her cr----a.

The chief human resources officer finally realized his posts are being seen by clients. Hopefully now he is focused on taming the outages.
