Aw come on, this is a desperation spin off, no way in h*'ll it won't be approved. Like others commenting, how much will Stankey and C suite skim off the proceeds? Just another opportunity for them to siphon off more cash from the company. Call them what they are, a pack of thieves.

This is the way AT&T does business, AT&T will probably pay the transactional costs as well. Upon completion $200 million will be skimmed off for c-suite compensation and bonuses!!
