Good team! Working together for a common cause deserves a ton of praise. Good for all of you! Continue what works, weed out the jerks, and enjoy the perks that you worked for! Forget the excuses comments... I really notice the +/- ratio when some other club talks about success. I want to work in a mostly positive club like yours. It starts with each person, not the manager, not somebody else... Everyone is on the team with their own talents. Or not. Good luck next quarter!

Thank goodness there are six figure folks that come in to tell me to try to be perfect everyday. I wouldn't know what to do.
My hard work only netted 650. Guess my fellow associates are slackers.
