As pointed out in the previous reply Elmer is the last vestige of the good ol boy system at Verizon. The most impressive thing about him is that he has survived the woke revolution. Just goes to show how flawed either extreme is. Senior leaders from different era's each equally inept for very different reasons. Perfectly representative of a system requiring equity - Everyone at the top is equally inept.
