Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Workload now vs. workload before?

How much more are you overwhelmed with work compared to a year or two ago? Can you make a comparison? My responsibilities have certainly doubled, and the stress is multiplying every day and I think they are questioning my limits, how much I can endure.
You don’t have to advise me to go, because if I had another option I would've definitely left already.

Product loading is our way of business lately. Despite the fact that we take training mods telling us it's against policy

"product loading" is a violation of the SEC. It manipulates numbers and as a publicly traded company, with shareholders, it is a BIG no no! Not like they care, but they sure do know.

Our DM will order PRD's or straight cases to our stores, with no permission and no warning. Not only immoral.....When he does this to me, I make the company pick them back up. I tell my store management, will have them either refuse or if it made it through the back door, I make company pick up.
I've told so many stores to refuse our own deliveries, stuff they don't need and I know they don't want.

collecting unemployment from these clowns is easier than you'd think!

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure an increased work load that is intended to get someone to quit is considered a constructive layoff and is still entitled for unemployment.

Yes, because they have to show "due cause" to fire someone so they cannot receive unemployment, and giving someone an unreasonable workload they CANNOT fulfill is NOT due cause.

This company is fine if you GTFO, as long as you do not receive unemployment.

Disgusting company!!!

If they were union in field sales, 99% of their abuses would not be tolerated.

Think about that!!!

Yep, Mondelez will work you to death!

They will work you hard until you keel over and go out in an ambulance, or quit.

This company has no boundaries, no concern, no compassion, no empathy.

Work until you die, then we'll immediately replace you!!!
