I was a huge fan of Chuck until that check in when people started asking lay-off questions and he was all like “you should be happy we do this at all! We don’t have to do these checkins you know! We are trying as hard as we can to do things the right way! You’re lucky we warned you about being laid off we could have called everyone into a meeting and that was that!”
