Idk about the rest of you but I think the team scheduling worked absolutely fantastic for the Easter holiday

HO made this new scheduling because that’s how it used to be. That’s how they used to make the schedules. Even though the number of members has increased dramatically since then, they still went back to using their old scheduling way because “it worked back then”.
Yeah. 1 person opening in the bakery trying to do all the baking, packing, & filling of the tables. 1 person at night trying to do the same.
No meat cutter after 2:30. Cases empty by 4 with product in the back & members asking the wrappers if they were going to be bringing out any more meat.
The brilliance of home office continues to blow my mind.

Yes!! I work in fresh and it was a smooth week. Hoping with this scheduling every holiday will be this way. Wishful thinking.
