New membership salaried position

If the woman that was selected for this position has her mother and her sister working at the club she is at, is she still considered a supervisor to them?

What are they doing with the Marketing Teamleads?

Membership Representative Manager. They report directly to the CM. Yes they are a manager. They are not what I would consider a full manager. They don’t open or close the building. They don’t have override codes. They are only suppose to focus on membership metrics. They can’t actually write up anyone. They can have a member lead sign into workday and they can type it up.

If you are Team Lead or any kind of supervisor or management, it doesn't matter what area you are technically over. You are in charge, period. You can coach any one in any department if they are breaking policy. So yea, technically she is their boss. But if they are in different departments, then there won't be much overlap there. Won't be much conflict because she isnt directly over them.

Can she threaten cashiers about not getting plus or credits? Cashiers are upset she is acting like a manager.

While this position is salary, she is not a manager. Her only job is hitting numbers, its solely a sales position. Just had a detail convo with my gm about this position

Not if the relatives work in a different department. Say she's front end and the relatives work in fresh.
