March 31st passed and no return to the office notices were delivered as predicted in an earlier post (https://www.thelayoff.com/t/18LESEfH). Does anyone have any new information? A lot of financial institutions are aiming for June. I imagine Schwab will be in line with this as well.

Schwab was in the middle of redoing their cubes to the new open format with low glass portions between cubicles. worst possible environment now with Covid. it will be interesting to see if they will go back to high walled cubicles for safety
Branches are open despite being more productive from home
They didn’t sink all that money into those Dallas and Denver campuses for nothing.
I’m a layoff victim so no current skin in the game except for how it influences financial companies going forward.
Being an empath, it’s just so hard being in the office sitting so close to people and picking up their energy. You can’t believe how much negative energy I was picking up. It was destroying me. I had to leave.
It'll happen sooner than we would like. This company has such a hard on for the good ol days where everyone worked in tiny cubicles.
