Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

You know what's the saddest thing?

Intel could again be the great company and the industry leader it once was. The only thing that's between us and that is the lack of good leadership. Not just the CEO, but the entire ELT. If we could get the right people in power this place would soar once again. Instead, we keep bringing in losers who keep destroying the company further. That's the saddest thing.

Customers need to contribute to KPI requests. I remember when IT always hit their KPIs because they always set them for themselves. Never asked customers for feedback in that department.

Intel has strong leadership
definitely
cause the previous 2-3 CEOs has their fat bonus, is a proof that they met or exceed expectations for the KPI set by BOD

If Intel had a great leadership team, it would be a strong company.

Also: if any company had a great leadership team, it would be a strong company.

Xeon launch should have been done by better people. They lack steak and the sizzle.

On the hand, one sad thing is to see good people (no matter what levels they are at) being forced out.
