Is any other retirees experiencing this problem? ATT Benefits Center says it is a Fidelity problem and has recieved several complaints like this. Fidelity says it is an ATT Benefits Center problem and claims Medical premium payments are paiid inbarrearsbwgichbI diputed as my Medical plan was cancelled 3/31. i was checking to see if other retirees experienced the same trouble and what info you may have learned on the issue. Desperate for answers.

My spouse is older then myself, her insurance was cancled without warning 4-1-2021. Of course we found out at the ER. Now she wont have AON until 5-1-2021. Any ideas to solve?
The only thing they will "understand" is a lawsuit.

Nothing surprises me with is place. Still getting bill from doctors after a workman's comp injury 3 years ago! Most dishonest company around!
