This only applies to mid-Atlantic, not New York and New England. The latter are still in negotiations. As well, there are significant strides for the 5 year extension that has been talked about.

@1rbm+1ae8thtO: weather you work for yourself or someone else, the most basic component of work is... how much am I worth. It's a form of power the individual controls. Thousands of low confidence and/or intelligence individuals voluntarily relinquish that power and much more to the unions annually. Collectively, it's a ton of power given to a select few. The funny thing is, each and every one of them is naive enough to think the few will not use that power for their own purposes. The union leadership only cares about the members when they think a loss of dues and/or power is in the balance, and they'll only do enough to keep the money and power flowing in.

Yea I’ll pass on the union. Id much rather speak on my own behalf and not pay union fees. Unions don’t do sh– for you. The union stores still have the same commissions as the non union stores so what’s the point.
