Team lead swing shifts

Who else hates the new swing shift all over the place.

TL have been rotating days off or shifts, depending on department for a couple of years since they first implemented the block. So I am unsure how this "new block" is any different. Only thing that changed is the start and stop times and not by a lot. Maybe this club is doing something different. And a swing shift is like 2-10, again, we have been having that. So I guess we need clarification from the poster.

Team leads aren't swing shifts. They rotate days off

I think they mean like fresh rotating out? Cause front end and merch didn't change. Front end only by 1 hr in the AM and 30 min at night. So nothing major there. It's a little better actually. Little more concentrated in the middle of the day.
